The Law Office of Patrick O’Fiel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in Kerrville, Texas. This position offers immediate hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to manage cases with mentorship from an experienced attorney.

Practice Focus
- Family Law (primary focus)
- Civil Litigation
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Assist with case strategy and trial preparation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- 2–5 years of experience preferred, but strong newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Professional courtroom demeanor
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $115,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses
