Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to join its Litigation Department. Candidates must be fully admitted to practice in New Jersey having successfully completed the NJ Bar Exam (New York license a plus).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, 1-3 years of relevant legal experience with strong skills in legal research and writing, and the ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines independently and efficiently. Candidates should have an interest in civil litigation, including conducting discovery, interviewing clients and witnesses, drafting pleadings, discovery motions and briefs, conducting and/or defending depositions, and handling trials.
