Associate Attorney Auto Glass Apply
The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 1+ years of experience, preferred.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Take the lead in litigating auto windshield claims across central Florida.
- Develop and draft compelling motions and respond meticulously to discovery requests.
- Mark your presence by attending and influencing outcomes during hearings.
- Communication is our cornerstone. Engage productively with team members and clients, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- We operate at a brisk pace. Your capability to adapt, evolve, and excel in a fluid environment will be key to mutual success.
Requirements
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience. PIP or Auto Glass claim experience preferred.
- Drive for Success: Possess an unyielding drive to climb the hierarchical ladder, aspiring to leadership roles and leaving a mark.
