Position Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury accidents; auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability
- Learn and execute the firm's injury case management process.
- Research law and prepare legal briefs
- Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of the injured client
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Attend court hearings as required
- Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations
