This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed attorney who has passed the Texas Bar and is seeking hands-on litigation experience with firm-provided training and mentorship, within a collaborative, fun team environment that values long-term growth and retention. Job Duties:

• Assist with all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys.
• Support case strategy development and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas bar license in good standing required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; firm provides training.

Salary: Up to $100,000 DOE + 100% employer-paid medical insurance and additional benefits.
