Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense Apply
Position Overview: The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal services to clients with a focus on civil litigation, insurance defense, and case management. The Associate Attorney will be part of a dynamic team of experienced attorneys and will be responsible for developing strategies to effectively represent clients while managing client relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze cases to determine appropriate strategy
- Draft relevant legal briefs and pleadings
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Support other attorneys on larger cases
- Prepare for settlement negotiations and trials
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Knowledge of insurance defense and case management
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and develop strategies
- Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
