Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate attorney with 3 to 7 years of litigation experience to join its Construction Litigation Practice Group in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will work with experienced partners on complex construction disputes, gaining valuable courtroom and client interaction experience. Duties Collaborate with partners on large-scale construction litigation cases. Independently handle hearings and depositions. Engage in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Maintain organized case files and documentation. Requirements 3 to 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction matters. Member of the Florida Bar. Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Florida Bar. Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
