Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team at our Edmond, OK office. The role involves providing legal advice in the areas of Estate Planning (Trusts and Wills), Probate, Business Planning. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the legal team to build strong client relationships, and maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, including legal principles and procedures
  • Expertise in Estate Planning
  • Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and guiding clients on legal options
  • Proven ability to draft, revise, and assist with the execution of Estate Planning documents
  • Experience in Probate and Estate Administration strongly preferred
  • Experience in Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) preferred, but not required
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar of Oklahoma
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Experience in client interaction and a strong sense of professional ethics
