💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle mediations and court appearances
• Develop case strategy with leadership input
• Negotiate strong settlements when appropriate
• Maintain direct client communication (no getting buried behind layers)
• You won’t just push paper — you’ll litigate.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 – $150,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
