Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Laredo, TX. The Associate Attorney will manage legal proceedings, provide legal advice, conduct thorough research, and prepare legal documents. Responsibilities include representing clients in criminal and family law matters, engaging in effective negotiation practices, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Regular collaboration with clients and team members will be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Experiemce in state criminal

• Law, family law, amd federal criminal law
• Ability to provide high-quality Legal Advice and counsel
• Strong Research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Negotiation and dispute resolution
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Texas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practices
• Prior experience in criminal and family law is a plus
