Seeking an associate attorney at Anggelis & Gordon, PLLC, to handle criminal, civil, and family law cases. The majority of the caseload will be criminal cases, but the associate will also be responsible for some civil and family law cases, including divorce cases. This is a full-time, on-site position. 0-5 years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will preferably have two (2) years of experience, but all who are interested are encouraged to apply. The starting salary range is $50,000: salary will be determined based on experience. Open to negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist lead attorney in motion drafting, covering court appearances, etc.
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal memos, documents, motions, etc.
• Appear in court proceedings
• Maintain client and case records and files

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal research and writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
