Key Responsibilities:
Conduct case investigations, evaluate liability, and gather evidence
Monitor clients' medical treatment and maintain proactive client communication
Manage case files and draft demand letters
Negotiate claims and settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Engage in meet and confer efforts to resolve discovery disputes
Participate in mediation and settlement conferences
Prepare for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit review, and legal strategy development
Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Experience in personal injury litigation preferred
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Capable of handling multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
