Responsibilities include

Developing case strategy and tactics to effectively represent clients

• Handling law and motion
• Taking depositions of both plaintiff /defendant/ and all types of lay and expert witnesses
• Preparing cases and filing motions as needed for trial

Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury law, including litigation and negotiation
- Proficiency in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Strong writing skills and legal drafting abilities
- Familiarity with and workers' compensation law
- Legal administrative experience is a plus
