Beitchman & Zekian, P.C. seeks an attorney with 3 to 5 years of civil and business litigation experience for its Encino office. Applicants should have litigation experience and must be prepared to assume an active case load including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting law and motion, appearing at hearings and client reporting. Trial experience preferred. The applicant must be energetic, aggressive, a self-starter, and a team-player. The applicant should also enjoy new challenges, be flexible, organized and able to handle all aspects of pretrial law and motion work with minimal supervision.
