Overview We are hiring a full-time, in-person Associate Attorney for the Manhattan Beach office. The role requires handling a full caseload of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial. Core Responsibilities Managing personal injury cases and developing case strategies. Drafting and arguing motions, such as for summary judgment. Conducting and defending depositions. Representing clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Collaborating with support staff and maintaining client communication. Key Qualifications Experience: At least two years of litigation experience in personal injury or a related civil litigation field. Licensing: Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Language: Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Work Style: Must be able to commute to and work in person at the office in Manhattan Beach. Personal Skills: Must have close attention to detail, be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be a team player with an outgoing personality. Compensation and Schedule The salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, plus performance-based benefits.
