Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategy review sessions with clients to formulate case plans, understanding facts, and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, discussing options, strategies, and solutions at critical stages of their cases.
- Prepare various family law documents and pleadings, including but not limited to complaints, answers, declarations, motions, and trial briefs.
- Prepare clients for hearings and trials, and represent them effectively in court within Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, trial experience is a must. 5+ years preferred.
- Customer-Focused: Strong orientation towards providing exceptional customer service and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism: Possess a professional attitude and the ability to represent clients and Martino Law Group, LLC at the highest level.
- Licensing: Valid MA driver's license and license to practice law in Massachusetts are required.

- Competitive Compensation: Salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $205,000.00+ per year based on experience, hours billed and collected and hitting KPI's.
