Long Island boutique labor and employment law firm of 12 attorneys is looking for a full-time litigation associate representing management in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1 5-year experience with litigation knowledge/experience, strong academic record; very strong writing skills; highly organized and capable of independent work.

Candidates must be knowledgeable/experienced in federal and state Labor laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA and FLSA and State Human Rights Law. Wage and Hour Class Action litigation is a plus but not necessary.

COMPENSATION:

We are offering a salary commensurate with your knowledge of the above Labor and Employment law and litigation experience.

Position also includes full benefit package of medical and profit sharing.

To have your resume considered you must outline each of the requirements above and detail your experience with each. To be considered for this position, include your resume (in Microsoft Word Format) and a writing sample, if handy, a law school transcript
