Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Oceanside, CA. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as conducting legal research, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role requires close collaboration with clients and colleagues to deliver the best legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in practicing Law, with a specialization or experience in Labor and Family Law
• Skills in conducting thorough Research and providing accurate and actionable Legal Advice
• Strong Negotiation capabilities, both in and out of court
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of California
• Experience working in family law is a plus
