Overview: We are a full-service civil law firm located in Paducah, Kentucky, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be currently or soon to be admitted to the Kentucky Bar. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, handling a broad range of civil law matters while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies and providing legal counsel.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Advise and provide ongoing legal support to clients in a professional manner.
• Manage case files and documentation, ensuring all necessary filings are completed timely and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active or soon-to-be active membership in the Kentucky Bar, in good standing.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
