We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience to join our team. This position would be a fit for a confident attorney looking to make a significant impact, take on meaningful cases, and develop professionally in a collaborative, dynamic and client-focused environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with legal team on litigations, conduct discovery, represent clients in depositions, court appearances, etc.
- Engage in client communications and care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Grow the firm’s referral network and contribute to researching and ideating new cases.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of litigation experience (preferably plaintiff-side).
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases and deadlines independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary. You will work with staff at all levels and provide impeccable client service.
- Detail-oriented with highly organized.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in PA.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to growing the firm.
