Our firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 10+ years of practice to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate transactions and work closely with clients on a wide range of commercial and residential matters. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts Conduct due diligence, including title review, surveys, and zoning analysis Advise clients on real estate development projects and land use matters Collaborate with lenders, title companies, developers, and opposing counsel Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed Contribute to client development and business growth initiatives Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Ohio (or ability to obtain promptly) Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate law Strong experience with commercial real estate transactions Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Strong client service orientation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Portable book of business (preferred but not required) Experience with development projects, zoning, and land use Familiarity with title and survey review processes Why Work Here?
