Perillo Hill LLP is a boutique civil litigation firm, with an emphasis on municipal law, commercial litigation, land use and zoning, election law and constitutional law. We practice in state and federal court from inception of a matter through to appeal. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Perillo Hill LLP located in Sayville, NY, however, flex time is an option. Ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in civil litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, Court/agency/board appearances, providing legal advice, conducting research, discovery and depositions, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling civil litigation matters in a board range of concentrations. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
