The team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. With a focus on delivering results, they prioritize professional growth and a commitment to excellence.

Position Summary:
The firm is actively seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates Litigation. This role involves supporting the work of two Partners while managing a robust caseload and meeting a billable hour requirement of 1,800+ hours annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide range of Trusts & Estates litigation matters with a focus on high-quality client representation.
  • Collaborate with and support two Partners on case strategy, research, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for trials and hearings.
  • Effectively manage cases from inception to resolution, including client communication and negotiation.
  • Meet and exceed billable hour requirements while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to Trusts & Estates Litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and case management.
