About the Role

The firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, negotiating, and managing labor and employment law matters. Candidates with or without prior legal experience, including new graduates, are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of labor and employment law matters.
  • Prepare and review legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Manage and meet deadlines effectively under pressure.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong research and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Admission to practice law in Arizona and/or California is preferred. Multijurisdictional licensing is a plus.
