We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, delivering strong legal outcomes, and growing their expertise in personal injury law. This individual will play a key role in managing cases, communicating with clients, and contributing to the firm’s continued success. Company matches 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 4%Hands-on mentorship and training from experienced partnersResponsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategyCommunicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidanceParticipate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearancesNegotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomesRequirements:A JD degree & admission to and good standing with the New York Bar1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience not required)Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple casesAn ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBonus Experience:1+ year of personal injury experienceBilingual in SpanishPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
