Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and real estate law, providing support in various legal matters while also having an understanding of foreclosure processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior attorneys in litigation cases, including case preparation and trial support.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions and disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and motions.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and litigation.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the bar in the relevant state.
  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation and real estate law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of foreclosure processes is a plus.
