We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and real estate law, providing support in various legal matters while also having an understanding of foreclosure processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in litigation cases, including case preparation and trial support.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions and disputes.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and motions.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and court proceedings.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the bar in the relevant state.
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation and real estate law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of foreclosure processes is a plus.
