Title: Associate Attorney/Family Law Attorney

Locations: Westfield, NJ (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in family law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
