Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney to practice in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in litigation. Day-to-day tasks will involve drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, advising clients on legal matters, and collaborating with senior attorneys to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and/or Pennsylvania
  • Experience in litigation is a plus
