Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Private Equity Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in private banking or a related client-facing investment role. The candidate will be actively involved in fundraising efforts and investment analysis across private equity funds and direct investments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport fundraising activities, including preparation of marketing materials and investor communicationsParticipate in client interactions and contribute to capital raising initiativesConduct in-depth due diligence on private equity funds and co-investment opportunitiesPerform financial analysis, valuation, and investment modelingAssist in the selection and monitoring of external fund managersPrepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and clientsMonitor portfolio performance and provide regular reportingRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisoryStrong understanding of private equity and alternative investmentsExposure to fundraising, investor relations, or client coverage is highly desirableSolid analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
