We’re looking for an Assistant Director to lead our team and help deliver patient-centered healthcare. In this role, you'll provide operational and clinical leadership, guiding medical staff, and aligning care programs with evolving standards, regulatory frameworks, and organizational goals. We're seeking a hands-on leader with a passion for quality, accountability, and innovation in healthcare. Benefits and access to additional support will be available immediately on your first day! Role Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care Develop and enforce policies aligned with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations Supervise and mentor medical staff, fostering professional growth Collaborate with leadership and partners to improve system performance Monitor outcomes and quality metrics to enhance safety and services Act as liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations Lead efficiency initiatives through data-driven planning and workflow optimization Maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology What You'll Need Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Texas medical license in good standing Board certification (Psychiatry) DEA license and relevant physician permits At least 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience Familiar with FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care structures Strong communication, team-building, and documentation skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex clinical projects Must pass background checks per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelines Apply today for fast-track consideration.
