Job Description We are currently hiring a FT Associate Compliance Analyst hybrid in Boston, MA. The Associate Compliance Analyst provides support to obtain commercial approval of alcoholic beverages worldwide with a concentration on the United States, and execute project tasks related to licensing, permitting, formulas and brand registration. *A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule. What You'll Brew: Coordinate and prepare, maintain and follow up on regulatory submissions for product approval, including formula and label approvals. Participate in interactions with regulatory agencies as needed to obtain product approval/clearance. Participate in key meetings and decision-making process regarding formulation and labeling. Assist in the review and approval of product labeling, packaging and advertising for compliance with applicable regulations. Coordinate and prepare regulatory submissions to support the import and export of alcoholic beverages. Coordinate, prepare, and maintain federal and state licensing to support the production and sales of alcoholic beverages. Prepare and organize internal databases and documents on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters. Performs other regulatory affairs duties when requested. May assist in the performance of internal quality and regulatory compliance audits and the evaluation and monitoring of corrective actions Perform factual and legal research Provides backup support to others on the Regulatory Affairs team Tactical/Execution of Regulatory tasks as assigned What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Excellent, clear language and communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: 4-year degree Level : 8IC At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $23.56 and $44.23/hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
