Job Title: Associate Compliance Consultant Job Overview:

The Associate Compliance Consultant will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs for clients across various industries. This role involves assisting in ensuring adherence to regulations, performing audits, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and is eager to grow in the field of compliance consulting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure clients' compliance programs remain up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
  • Help prepare compliance reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct research on industry-specific regulations, laws, and best practices.
  • Assist in client communication and project management related to compliance initiatives. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Progress toward a compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is preferred.
