Job Description:

As an Associate Corporate Development Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy through in-depth analysis and strategic planning. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing corporate development opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. Your role will involve working closely with senior analysts and management to drive strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for corporate development. Analyze market data and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial performance of potential investment opportunities and strategic initiatives. Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed transactions.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans. Collaborate with internal teams to define business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.

  • Project Management: Manage and track the progress of corporate development projects. Ensure timely completion of tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and advisors. Foster effective communication and collaboration to support corporate development activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and data interpretation.

  • Research Abilities: Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare and present reports and presentations effectively.
