These functions include Intake, Sales/Growth, Revenue Recognition, and Home Health Delivery. The Associate Director, Technology Solutions will serve as the IT owner for all strategic IT projects that support the Home Health Delivery function. This role will also act as the primary IT partner for business leaders within Home Health Delivery to identify needs and plan technology solutions. The Home Health Delivery function encompasses all service-related operations from a patient’s admission through discharge. Because of this, the role requires a solid understanding of home health processes. The selected candidate will report to the Associate Vice President, Technology Solutions for CenterWell Home Health. The Associate Director, Technology Solutions will lead project delivery within a matrixed environment. Projects are executed by cross‑functional teams, including Business Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Engineers, and operational stakeholders. The Associate Director will ensure IT and business executives have visibility into project status and are engaged promptly when their support or decisions are needed. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 6 or more years progressive experience leading large-scale complex technical initiatives. 2 or more years of people leadership Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) Exceptional executive communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder management skills. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
