The Role: Associate Director, Commercial Solutions Product Management

The Team: The Market Intelligence (MI) Commercial Solutions Product Management team is part of the MI Commercial Solutions team, providing the technology and data tools to enable the MI Sales, Service, Legal and Marketing teams to drive revenue and retention. The Product Management team partners closely with stakeholders in sales & marketing, legal, service and finance to understand their business requirements and translate them to technical requirements for the agile scrum teams.

The Impact: This role forensically understands the GTM processes throughout the Prospect to Support Journey across MI and is critical to gathering end user requirements from our internal customers across the Sales & Marketing, Legal and Finance organizations, translating them into data and technology requirements, and by partnering with our Technology teams, delivery following testing and managed rollout of solutions.
This role holder also identifies and manages risks and dependencies across the teams within Commercial Solutions, and across the programs they are involved with and impacted by. They will provide valuable feedback and timely updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and management of Sales & Marketing, Service, Platform and OTC product strategy within Market Intelligence
Participate in solutioning to business problems, including providing analysis, recommendations and options regarding high impact decisions or issues
Identify enhancements from feedback, usage reporting and technical analytics
Oversee prioritization and development of work for development teams, including Salesforce, integrations and usage analytics
Key leadership role in Program Increment (PI) planning
Lead a team of high-achieving and customer-centric product managers and product owners to deliver against business objectives
Provides leadership, direction and consultation to the product management team
Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners
Set team objectives in alignment with organizational goals
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, diversity and trust
Identify program risks, challenges, opportunities, and integration needs within and across multiple programs

What Were Looking For:
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a product role within commercial technology or implementing commercial enablement tools either in-house or as a consultant.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or CPQ as a product owner, writing detailed product requirements and user stories, including success criteria.
College degree in computer science, business or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Business acumen: ability to understand commercial mindset and prioritization.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal/team effectiveness ability to communicate to various levels of management and employees succinctly and accurately.

This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
