Job Summary:Manager II – Market Access Trade InsightsWe are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to join our Market Access team, supporting trade and cross-functional stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving franchise growth by delivering actionable insights, shaping market access strategies, and identifying commercial opportunities across the U.S. landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead advanced analytics and primary market research initiatives to support supply chain stakeholders, including specialty pharmacies, retail pharmacies, wholesalers, and patient services.Generate insights on distribution networks, customer capabilities, and value proposition development.Deliver impactful analyses on channel performance, discount trends, and supply-related strategies, including QBR support and KPI tracking.Evaluate pharmacy programs (FFS) across referrals, fills, shipments, and dispenses to drive business decisions.Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.Collaborate closely with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment of insights and strategies.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by influencing decisions through data-backed storytelling and insights.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong expertise in advanced data analytics and statistical methodologiesProven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationDeep understanding of market access and pharmaceutical supply chain dynamicsExperience in strategic insight generation and storytellingHands-on experience in primary market research design and executionQualificationsBasic:Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, SPSS, DataikuExperience working with pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, MMIT, SHA, etc.)Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsPreferred:Master’s degree or MBAExperience analyzing supply chain data and stakeholder insightsEEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
