Position Associate Director, Program Management - Boeing 737 Lavatory 3.0 Product Line, Interiors Business.

What You Will Do Drive the entire life cycle of large strategic projects, directing them throughout the program life cycle with full accountability and ownership.
Establish program plans including schedules, budgets, business cases and lead the Program Management Team (PMT) to execute on time and on budget.
Ensure program, finance, quality, operations, and other functional areas perform in a coordinated and effective manner to meet business, program, and customer commitments.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, maintaining a comprehensive and regularly updated register.
Facilitate and drive empowerment among the IPT, recognize achievements, and create a highly motivated PMT to ensure customer commitments are met.
Collaborate with senior leadership to build on the strategic blueprint for the lavatory business.
Demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
Work to develop new standards of program management excellence across the lavatory business.
Travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international).
Qualifications University degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 10 years experience.
Technical and business background, with ability to navigate complex aerospace environments and drive solutions.
Experience leading a multifunctional Program Management Team (PMT).
Experience managing Earned Value (EV) programs and/or full P&L ownership.
Work transfer and experience driving change.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of effectively engaging with diverse audiences including internal leadership and customers.
Demonstrated business acumen and P&L understanding.
Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.
PMP certification.
Customer-facing experience as a program manager.
Change management and negotiation experience on large capital programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development and manufacturing environment.

Salary range: 172,900 USD - 328,700 USD.
