Responsible for analyzing and improving the support model used for business critical applications by the investment bank operations and market regulations. Provide support for user interaction and key business processes. Coordinate global escalation point for technical support issues. Perform disaster management and recovery services functions. Establish and enforce production readiness criteria to ensure development teams build fit-for-purpose applications before production begins. Monitor problem management, change and release planning, deployment, and post implementation testing.
