Associate Finance Apply
Company Introduction:
Position : Associate Finance
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
Prepare journal entries, general ledger reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and controls
Manage statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and related filings
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits and resolve audit queries
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
Coordinate with internal teams and stat auditor
Coordinate with banking partners to support banking relationships, financing activities, documentation, and ongoing compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
Chartered Accountant – Qualified or (Semi-Qualified CA also preferred)
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or taxation
Articleship and corporate finance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems, including Tally and Zoho
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and professional integrity
