Associate Finance ManagerJob Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities of the branch including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies.Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.Manage compliance requirements related to GST and Income tax.Monitoring cash flow and ensuring proper cash management.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems for efficient financial and management reporting.Collaborate with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits.Implement and maintain internal control measures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.Desired Candidate Profile:Master's in commerce.3-5 years of work experience.Experience in Microsoft Excel, Tally or other accounting software.
