About Position The four essential responsibilities of this role are the following: Work Plan Execution: The Associate is responsible for executing project plans by completing deliverables within the schedule and man hour parameters in order to ensure that they remain on track. This requires setting and hitting weekly milestones. It also requires an ability to master in‑house project management tools. Design Support: The Associate is responsible for producing and supporting exceptional design deliverables at different stages of the architectural process. This requires being able to develop design options without prescriptive instruction using discernment and problem solving. Documentation and Quality Control: The Associate is responsible for producing and managing high quality drawings and details in order to prepare mature, complete construction sets. This requires a passion for producing in 2D and 3D software and a strong understanding of constructibility and detailing. Client & Consultant Coordination: The Associate is responsible for anticipating and addressing the concerns of clients in order to elevate client satisfaction. The Associate must also effectively coordinate and communicate with outside vendors, consultants, and contractors in order to support the project’s critical path.
