MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in human resources.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Experience providing HR support across multiple business locations (including locations in California) is required.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, other HR Certification is a plus.
• The ideal candidate will be located near San Francisco area with ability to work a remotely. Travel to our Direct Distribution site in South Gate, CA monthly.

NICE TO HAVE

• Some recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with HRIS and recruiting software is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Willing to travel for client group business meetings or location visits, as needed. On average, travel will be no more than 10-15% of the time.
