JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Associate HR Director will partner the Health and Wellbeing leadership team and HR teams across the portfolio to lead the successful implementation of key organization transformation programs.
Reporting to the Head of HR Health & Wellbeing, this role will lead key initiatives to evolve the Health & Wellbeing operating model including talent and reward enablers to contribute to the continued growth of the Global Business Unit.
Business partner the Group CFO as the change management and HR lead for the finance operations transformation agenda
Develop and deliver the end state organization design and roadmap to get there
Develop and implement a talent mapping approach that is equitable, diverse and inclusive
Build and implement a comprehensive change management plan
Develop a one finance community and culture to inspire high performance and collaboration
Deliver project cost savings/efficiencies with minimal/zero business disruption
Business partner the Group CIO as the change management and HR lead for the Tech transformation agenda
Develop and deliver the end state organization design and roadmap to get there
Develop and implement a talent management approach that is equitable, diverse and inclusive
Build and implement a comprehensive change management plan including ways of working across all technology functions
Lead the H&W Total Reward Strategy including:
The design and delivery of future Short and Long-Term Incentive design plans across all current 7 operating companies
Establish external data partnerships to inform decision making and ensure competitive total rewards that reinforce our high risk, high reward performance culture
Research and experiment with cutting edge benefits and policies centred around wellbeing
Ownership of the bi-annual compensation committee agendas with B&W leadership to sign off all plans
Lead the H&W Global Talent Strategy including:
Identification of key roles and key talent across the H&W platform organization as well as the current 7 operating companies
Design and deliver an always on approach to pipelining and succession planning inside and outside of Unilever forming unique partnerships
Revamp H&W Employer Value Proposition, positioning us as an employer of choice
Design and deliver total DEI&B H&W strategy, identifying areas for impact and implementing meaningful initiatives that build an inclusive workplace
Lead HR transition and 90 day plan for new acquisitions
EXPERIENCE & QUALITFICATIONS
8-10+ years experience in the People/Culture/HR function, preferably within leadership and business partnering roles
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field
Strong business acumen with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to the success of the organization
A history of assembling, assessing, and coaching high performing teams that work with
purpose and passion to achieve results
Experience in managing, navigating and leading complex organizational change initiatives
Deeply committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with experience in a culture that is intentional in supporting pathways for all people to reach their full potential
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
A high degree of integrity, forethought, and openness in decision making, while always
considering what is best for the organization
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, with an understanding for both small/medium entrepreneurial businesses as well as large corporations is a plus
Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus
Pay: The pay range for this position is $138,900 to $208,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
