A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Virginia-licensed Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Community Association practice in either Fairfax or Richmond, VA. The firm specializes in representing condominium associations and homeowners associations throughout DC and Virginia. Additionally, the firm has a dedicated civil litigation and insurance defense department.

The firm consists of 20 attorneys and more than 16 collections paralegals, serving over 1,500 associations. With expertise in counseling and advising associations, the firm handles a broad range of issues, including covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation, contract negotiations, and various other aspects of community association administration. The firm also provides litigation services and an efficient collections practice. Offices are located in Fairfax, Richmond, and Roanoke, VA.

About the Role

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

  • Personal references required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
