Client is a Manhattan Beach-based law firm that offers the personalized service of a small firm combined with the capabilities of a large firm. Our firm represents Fortune 500 clients and specializes in Civil Litigation, Business Organizations, Real Estate, and Entertainment law.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team. This hybrid role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with responsibilities that include:

• Preparing and drafting legal motions and pleadings.

• Representing clients in court proceedings.

• Assisting in trial preparation and participating in trials.

• Conducting depositions and managing discovery processes.

• Providing strategic legal counsel to clients.

• Collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff to achieve client objectives.

• Admission to the California State Bar (active status).

• Proven experience in Civil Litigation is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in drafting motions and understanding court procedures and rules.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting depositions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
