The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims and advocating for clients in court, arbitration and mediation. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. All candidates must exhibit excellent writing and advocacy skills and have 5 or more years experience in arbitrations/trial, construction litigation, contract law, employment law, insurance law, or real estate law.
