Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Associate Logistics Technician to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of a precision control components company. This role supports the logistics department by performing essential stockroom and transport activities. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Transport items between buildings using company-owned vehicles, including a 20' box truck, van, and forklift.
• Support the logistics department in packing, inventory, and item movement.
• Maintain accurate stock balances, process kit issues, and handle inventory transactions, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Perform verification, corrections, and stock-related transactions using various systems and screens.
• Communicate and coordinate with Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch Personnel, and other teams.
• Train new employees and assist in different stockrooms as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging to prevent part damage and ensure safety.
• Uphold housekeeping standards by keeping stockrooms organized and clean.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using real-time transaction systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods.
• Experience operating forklifts and box trucks is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper packaging, handling techniques, and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to question deviations in standard practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with cross-functional teams.
