A growing, international engineering-driven organization in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a recent Mechanical or Industrial Engineering graduate to join their team as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real production environment while building a strong technical foundation alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the creation of manufacturing routings and work instructions
• Translating engineering drawings into structured production workflows
• Working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, and shop floor teams
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience (internships/co-ops count!)
• Interest in manufacturing, process optimization, and operations
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
