We are seeking a motivated Associate Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will support commercial, clinical, and launch activities in a state-of-the-art Drug Substance plant. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, clean, and sanitize various manufacturing equipment.
  • Weigh buffers/media per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
  • Perform and monitor critical processes and demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Carry out in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment.
  • Perform washing and sterilization of parts as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace in compliance with cleanroom standards.
  • Initiate and participate in quality deviation reports as required.
  • Draft and revise documents (SOPs, MPs) and assist in reviewing documentation (equipment logs, batch records).
  • Work around high-pressure systems, occasionally move heavy equipment using powered industrial vehicles, and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Work effectively in teams to complete operational tasks while taking direction and following policies.
  • Support Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B) initiatives to foster a positive and connected work environment.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
  • High school diploma with 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess good written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a strong understanding of safety culture.
  • Exposure to laboratory environments or experiences in chemical processing or batch chemicals.
