Associate Product Manager, Pyxis Med and Supply
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the value offer/value prop to drive strategic roadmap, prioritization of global platform deliverables
Ownership of the voice of customer and stakeholder process, informing prioritization of feedback and input
Supporting the Commercial and cross‑functional Marketing partners, research initiatives to drive strategic insights, directional guidance on product development, commercial priorities
Partnering with Medical Affairs to evolve, develop evidence generation and product claims
Supporting business case development, evaluation with Platform team to drive innovation, development of new solutions
Informing the Global Marketing Platform on project Core Teams, partnering with cross‑functional Associates to execute the strategic roadmap
Supporting key stage‑gate (GPDS) governance activities, with adherence to BD Way of Marketing best practices
Developing a keen understanding of customer experience journey from order to support – driving improvements through the platform in alignment with cross‑functional partners
Able to understand and communicate complex workflows, developing and demonstrating strong product and market knowledge, specifically related to medication management in hospitals
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer‑driven
Qualifications 3 years in marketing and/or product/solution management with demonstrated excellence in commercial strategy and launch planning required
Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing/Business or Technical Field; MBA preferred
Healthcare automation experience and hospital pharmacy experience desired
Experience marketing software applications and integrated workflow experience desired
Experience getting things done in highly matrixed environments, able to work with cross‑functional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control
Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience across international geographies with success in incorporating diverse stakeholder feedback
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
Personal characteristics: data‑driven, collaborative, curious, detail‑oriented, critical thinker, enthusiastic, customer‑focused
Location & Travel Hybrid role at BD office in San Diego, CA. Up to 15% travel required. Entry to hospitals and other medical facilities is required.
Salary $85,800.00 - 141,600.00 USD Annual
